History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Serpent was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against giants

History: She was born into a rich family. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings, and a wedding ring on her right hand. With wild chestnut hair. Her skin is flawless and her blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is a Stylist first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
