History: Kûga was born with his mother's beautiful face. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Engraver. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Caelynn lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he has a crush on the local priest

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Dabbledob enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is greedy.
