History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Interpreter for hire.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Darrak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

He has set out to sabotage the competition.
