History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Pirithin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: She was born into a rich family. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
