Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A gifted student he started as a Priest, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: She wears long strands of ruby and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths.
