When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Emeny was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. After a long history of fighting, Srorthen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
