Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. Ulfgar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and to find somewhere to settle down

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'8" when asserting herself. Her rusty crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She has a dull look in her red eyes.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.
