History: Born in the east to a Detective, Damakos learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Damakos and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Gesrethe is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Gesrethe was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Fisher. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
