Emeny grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Emeny. She became a Barrister soon after.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.

History: Born in the south to a Courier, Eiravel learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Courier job and began his own company from there.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has worked as a Unemployed like his father before him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
