History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. A gifted student she started as a Bowyer, but she got bored and became a Junk Dealer. She's also a talented Bowyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she is unsatisfied with her job

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
