Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He takes great joy in being the best Performer in town.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Performer for hire.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Actor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: This southern woman wears bulky brown painted plate armor. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
