Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Jillian hails from a village terrorized by giants. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This northern man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Broce does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Broce reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Broce and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has never given up on her writing dream.
