History: She comes from a rich northern family. After coming to the age of reason, Volen took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Faran hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Faran was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Howard was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gifted student he started as a Banker, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
