Description: This man stands a little under 3'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Pallabar has worked very hard to control his curse. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
