History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born into a rich family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Map Maker born in the past three hundred years. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born in the west to a Map Maker, Theobald learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theobald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Gifted from a young age, Art studied abroad. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
