History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Adelard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Adelard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Glassblower born in the past three hundred years. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in the north to a Glassblower, Balam learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
