Description: Runty and weak-looking, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull black iron scale mail. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she prefers to wear flannel. She has no hair. Her eyes are brown and catlike.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting illithids, the young Murgen began to lead the lost caravan. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Humans. Her skin is light but she possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. She wears a grey collared shirt and blue skirt. She accessorizes with a grey scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her hair is silver and curly. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She found a children's book about a Human Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Laborer and was forced into it by her family.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Dilettante. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is a Dilettante first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Born to a Barber, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
