Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ovina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ovina. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
