She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Cook who has hired him part-time. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
