History: Gennal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shepherd they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Lucan's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: Donella is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Merchant but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
