Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Smoking and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Stableman. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Stableman for the past few years.
