Description: She wears professional attire. Her white hair is cut short. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Jo's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Blacksmith kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is short and chestnut. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Joser was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Joser's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Joser and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she is typically in her Carpenter uniform. Her chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Adrie embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carpenter for hire.
Motivation: She has a crush on the local Bookbinder; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This southern woman wears a simple black robe with green stripes complete with hood. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her silver crest, when down, is lengthy. This red eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: The child of a Spy, who enjoyed hunting, Quespa was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Quespa took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortspear and armor she uses now. She bought a shortspear and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
