Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. After coming to the age of reason, Sapply took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
