History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents enrolled her in a Expert school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: He was born in the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Knight soon after.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
