Through the years after Olivia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Olivia's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Portia was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Mayor. After a long history of fighting, Portia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by her family; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: A middle-aged man, he is wearing a tight white one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and balancing his hectic life and new navigator responsibilities is difficult

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he seems to be bored by most things
