Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
