Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Aasathra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She married young, but lost her spouse to dire rats. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: This man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Theriatis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. After a long history of fighting, Theriatis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is renowned for her bright tan dresses and hats. Her white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her green eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed tan hat.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born in the south to a Dilettante, Theirastra learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Tailor. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and balancing her hectic life and new dilettante responsibilities is difficult
