Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. She keeps her black hair in a flapper bob. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: 6'2" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears grey trousers with green and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His silver hair is thinning but still full. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Roger hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Roger and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Born to a Tanner, her father struggled to pay the bills. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shoemaker and was forced into it by her family.

Description: She has the majority of her body covered in plate. She is portly but not overly obese. Her hair is short and dark red. She has gold eyes.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and retire the richest woman in the east
