Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Personality: He is a Fletcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Peren learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
