History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Emeny and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ghash grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ghash. He became a Guard soon after.
