Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with blue colored cloaks and clothing. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Kipper was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kipper's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Akta fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and her religion dominates her actions
