History: Baern was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner, and a wedding ring on her left hand. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. She has violet eyes.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. After coming to the age of reason, Irann took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Irann never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
