He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Dilettante. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born in the east. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sai, but if one is not available he will default to his scythe. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Dondon was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
