Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears dull black sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hammer, just in case. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His eyes are white and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Akmen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Akmen. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fisher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he's looking for his big break

Description: He wears a yellow cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. He carries with him a set of maces, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears his black hair up. He has gray eyes and a yellow hat with a black feather.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Korfel is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Korfel hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her orange fur is long and unkept. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Serpent was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Serpent's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Serpent fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
