Description: An older man who typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull yellow iron scale mail, he is not a threatening figure. His silver hair is thinning but still full. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Armorer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Cloak never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to end his boredom
