She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. Personality: Ridaro is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Ridaro took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

She has a dull look in her brown eyes.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
