History: Mara hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Mara alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Soapmaker. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. She now owns her own business.

History: Andry was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Andry has worked very hard to control her curse. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This younger middle-aged man is wearing a tight tan one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aust does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Aust was born with his father's beautiful face. When Aust reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
