Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and yellow handkerchief worn on his left side. His hair is brown and very short. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Farmer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Born in the east to a Farmer, Guy learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and money/treasure

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His white hair is thinning but still full. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Zook embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Zook was born the youngest of three triplets. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears an entirely red suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She has dyed her greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. Her eyes are blue.
Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Stacee was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Stacee was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Stacee's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and revenge

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. Her silver crest is knotted and matted. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 33. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Jeweler and was forced into it by her family; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
