After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Modean was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Gerbo lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
