History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Barbena reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Andraste was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Andraste and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Marshal born in the past three hundred years. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She got into the Marshal business at a young age. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
