Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Sellsword kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
