History: Born in the east to a Roofer, Emerald learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Roofer. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.
