History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Skog was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Skog liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Scribe for the past few years.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she is unsatisfied with her job
