Personality: He is fixated on the number 84. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was born in the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Baggi alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
