Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Surina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Sweet and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Drenna is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
