History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Everard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Amûg was born with his mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.
