History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has achieved small success as a Guard.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His brass crest is knotted and matted. Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
