History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Oriff alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Tharivol was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

History: Riardon lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has achieved small success as a Stylist.
