History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Cockaby liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Cockaby was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: Urshar was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
