History: Aust hails from a village terrorized by drow. When Aust reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Aust was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

He found a children's book about a Gnome Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
